The Annex Art Party 2018 Event Logistics

Important dates

The theme for TAAP4 is Sunrise. We all had to rise from the darkness at some point in our lives. So we want to setup 60 artists who animate a sunrise for the event.

The deadline to buy your tables is set on May 1st, 2018.

The event will be hosted on Saturday, May 19th.

Setup starts at 1 p.m. For vendors, and doors open to the general public at 2:30 p.m. Performances start at 3:00 p.m. and the raffle is at 4:30 p.m. The event will be until 6 p.m.

• We believe in automation to make our lives easier
• Once you register you get an account on the FMiMBranding website
• You can use this account to register for future events and workshops
• Workshops are on the last Fridays of the month
• TAAP events are planned for June, September & December

Registration process

• Once you're logged in to the website - click here to animate your space
• Once you're registered we will give you a call to get you on boarded
• Note that space is limited and will be based on 1st pay 1st serve

Collaborative marketing

• We will cold call local businesses that employ those higher up on The Hierarchy of Needs (doctors, lawyers etc...)
• We have an extensive E-mail list that we’ll build through cold calls and our events
• We will distribute 1,000 flyers through our Project Paper Trail program

• Invite all your friends to our Facebook event’s page and post your art there

• You can pick up event flyers/posters at CSIAnnex

• Tell your friends that the 1st 50 get a free beer or enter a raffle to win free art
• We will host a raffle where the winner gets art (indicate if you want to give through registration)

Privacy

• FMiMBranding and or CreativeUTO do not collect or process any payment information. That all goes through Paypal. The information you do provide us through registration is used to improve our services

E-Mail Interac

• We no longer accept E-Mail Interac directly since it's a logistical nightmare but if you can't pay any other way then E-Mail your membership plus a $10 processing fee

Transferable

• We're a business but as artists, we aren't fans of capitalism. If you already paid and can't make an event then let us know and we'll work you into the next one

Refunds

• We are entrepreneurs and we get excited when payments come in. It means we can eat and have the energy to continue helping other entrepreneurs become 'richer' by providing our services but we understand mistakes happen and relationships can go sour.
