Who we are

  • We consist of creative thinkers who command a critical intellect, articulate with clarity, find the complex in simplicity, are elevated by ambition, grounded in humility, susceptible to growth, have a strong sense of integrity & honesty, while respecting flow & energy. We share a knowledge, leverage each other's resources and expertise to work on each other's project as well as client projects

Reasons

  • The benefit of the think tank allows us to leverage our skills, focus on our strengths, and raise the tides together while preventing the burn outs.

 

AIM

Absolute world domination through a concept I call Internet Real Estate :p We'll be working on 3rd party (new clients) and 2nd party (our own projects and recurring clients) or in-house projects together (If the project is a FMiMBranding project)

  • Think Tank members have access to each other through our Slack channel
  • Think Tank members can join on behalf of organization or by themselves
  • Think Tank members get access to FMiMBranding resources
    • Earn direct profit on individual projects you participate in
    • Up to 30% off or barter on FMiMBranding.com services
    • Up to 20% profit share per project goes back to funding the Think Tanks (read: Quarterly bonuses)

Think Tank Creative Meetups allows for collaborative work 

  • (e.g. we can dedicate a meetup to record our workshops for video, do photo shoots for our products, or solve other problems like setting up a unified online store)

 

Skill requirements

  • If you have at least 5 or 7 of the skills below please apply.
  • Responsive and Mobile Design, Experience with RESTful Services and APIs, Cross-Browser Development, Content Management Systems and E-commerce Platforms, Testing and Debugging, Git and Version Control Systems,  Problem-Solving Skills, Experience with CSS Preprocessors, Front End Frameworks, JavaScript Frameworks, jQuery, JavaScript, HTML & CSS, SQL, C#, Perl


How to apply
 

  • We have to see a resume, portfolio pieces, project outline or linked in profile
    • This will get reviewed by the current Think Tank Community members and then it’s a group interview

Once we have enough candidates (a team between 3 and 5) we will set up orientation time where we get on the same page and decide on next steps
